1. Using This Website Responsibly
2. Product Information, Sizes and Suitability
The product descriptions, measurements, compatibility notes and fitting guidance on this website are prepared with care, but they remain general information. 3D printers vary by model, bed size, firmware settings, materials and operating conditions, including power interruptions, humidity and workshop temperature. You must confirm that any plate, sheet or accessory is suitable for your machine before placing an order.
Where custom size cutting, magnetic base fitting or installation support is discussed, final suitability depends on the machine, bed condition and the measurements you supply. We may ask for additional details before accepting a request. Minor differences in finish, colour, surface texture or edge appearance may occur within normal production tolerances.
3. Enquiries, Quotes and Orders
Submitting an enquiry through the contact page does not create a binding agreement. A quotation, stock confirmation or suggested specification is an invitation to proceed, not a final acceptance of an order. An order becomes binding only once it has been confirmed in writing and, where applicable, payment has been received or credit terms have been approved.
- Prices may change without notice before an order is confirmed.
- Lead times are estimates and may vary by workload, materials and delivery location.
- If a product is made to your measurements, approval of the specification is your responsibility.
For schools, makerspaces and print farms, standardising requirements across multiple machines can reduce errors, but each order should still be checked against the actual printer bed and application. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes supplied by the customer.
4. Delivery, Collection and Risk
Depending on your location, orders may be collected in Centurion or dispatched to other areas including Pretoria East, Midrand, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein and Gqeberha. Delivery times depend on the selected service, destination and the condition of the road network at the time of dispatch. Risk in the goods passes when the goods are handed to the carrier, collected, or delivered, as applicable.
Inspect goods promptly on receipt. If you notice visible damage, missing items or a mismatch with your order, report it within a reasonable time. Keep all packaging until the matter has been assessed. We may request photos, batch details or measurements before taking further steps.
- Check parcels as soon as they arrive.
- Store plates and sheets flat, clean and dry.
- Do not install a product that has been damaged in transit without first reporting it.
5. Returns, Cancellations and Consumable Items
Returns are handled according to the nature of the product and the reason for the request. Custom cut items, fitted items and used consumables may not be returnable unless required by law or agreed in writing. Any cancellation request should be made as early as possible, especially where production has already started or materials have been allocated.
For adhesion products and consumables, storage conditions matter. Exposure to dust, heat, moisture or incorrect handling can affect performance, so please follow the supplied care guidance. If a return is accepted, items must be sent back in saleable condition unless the issue arose from a fault confirmed by us.
6. Intellectual Property and Site Content
All text, photographs, layout, graphics, product descriptions and other site content are protected by intellectual property laws unless stated otherwise. You may view the content on screen and print reasonable copies for internal reference related to a legitimate enquiry or order. Any other use requires prior written consent.
Trademarks, product names and third party references that may appear on the site remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification only and does not imply ownership or endorsement.
7. Liability, Law and Contact Process
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, downtime, failed prints, wasted material or damage arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable settings, poor maintenance, power interruptions or misuse of products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. If a dispute arises, the parties should first try to resolve it through the enquiry process and reasonable written communication. If you need assistance with a product question, order query or service issue, please use the enquiry form on the contact page so the matter can be logged and reviewed properly.
